We've been trying to avoid posting Karmin videos because lately it's like PopShocker has become KarminShocker but we are loving them so much that we just can't help ourselves... especially when Questlove is involved! Have You Heard? Parachute
We've mentioned Charlottesville, VA as one of our favorite little music towns, they pump out some of the big names like Dave Matthews Band but they also have a deep well filled with bands on the verge of breaking out and local bands that have no interest in doing anything other than playing good music. One of our new finds is Parachute, a pop rock band with a hint of soul and funk. Jack Kevorkian Dies at Age 83 Today

Depending on your viewpoint, Jack Kevorkian was either an angel or a demon but needless to say he made a significant impact on this world. Kevorkian was the first doctor to become known world wide for his stance on assisted suicide and serve jail time for second degree murder as a result. After over 130 assisted suicides, Kevorkian passed away today at the age of 83 at William Beaumont Hospital in Michigan. He died from complications as a result of a blood clot during the early morning hours.

2 Broke Girls stars Kat Dennings (Nick and Nora's Infinite Playlist) and relative newcomer Beth Behrs. The story revolves around Max (Dennings), a girl trying to hold down multiple jobs to afford her life, and Caroline (Behrs), an heiress who has lost all of her money and now must learn to start from scratch financially.
From the Executive Producer of 'Sex in the City' comes a new comedy about two girls who form an unlikely bond over having no money and no shame. Catch '2 Broke Girls' this Fall on CBS!
